Michael Jackson dies in LA hospital

LOS ANGELES – Michael Jackson, the sensationally gifted child star who rose to become the "King of Pop" and the biggest celebrity in the world only to fall from his throne in a freakish series of scandals, died Thursday. He was 50.
Jackson died at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Ed Winter, the assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County, confirmed his office had been notified of the death and would handle the investigation.
The circumstances of Jackson's death were not immediately clear. Jackson was not breathing when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at his Los Angeles home about 12:30 p.m., Capt. Steve Ruda told the Los Angeles Times. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda told the newspaper.

Lunch at Spice Gate - Banana leaf Indian rice

Had lunch at Spice Gate with colleagues just now.
Spice Gate located somewhere near Klebang between chermor and tasek area.
It is an air condition with very nice design Indian restaurant.
They serve variety of Indian food such as Indian rice, roti canai, naan, chapatti, and so on.
We ordered banana leaf Indian rice with chicken, mutton, tandoori chicken and fish for 7 person and it cost RM80 in total. Not so expensive i think and my stomach is very full until now.

Went up to Genting Highland with wife and parents in law on Saturday morning.
The drive was pleasant but my car feel so under power with 4 adult on board :(
Have to use 2 and sometime L during steep slope uphill. My swift it;s like crawling uphill.
I need more power for my Swift.
BTW saw so many beautiful cars during this trip too.

Nissan Skyline GTR R35

Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4

Nissan Fairlady 350Z soft top

Ferrari 575M Maranello

Ferrari F430

Hummer H3

Going down to KL

I went down to KL on Saturday morning and head up to Genting Highland later on.
Decided to test out the car top speed after my 10,000km service using Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40 fully synthetic oil.
I can feel the engine is easier to rev right compare of using semi synthetic Shell Helix Plus 10w-40.
Beware!!! This was performed on highway and you are not advice to test it on normal road.
Please follow the speed limit while driving.

On flat road it can hit 160kph

Slightly down hill slope

Car service and tires swap

Since today is replacement holiday of the King birthday; i got free time to send my car for 10,000km service and do a tire swapping.
Met another new friend at SC; Mr. Loh driving grey CBU swift with 17 inch sport rim.
Sent my car to 'gou lou' for tires swap and on wheel balancing. He is very nice guys and he only use mirror to do tires alignment. But he is very famous and there are always lots of cars waiting for him for alignment or on wheel balancing.

Snap a photo of my disc brake when tire was removed.

Lunch at Kledang 云南 过桥米线

Went bukit kledang area to had 云南 过桥米线 (Yun Nan Guo Qiao rice noodle)
Overall it was not tasty and price is affordable too.
Read more info on Yunnan Guo Qiao rice noodle in chinese.

Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40

I decided to use Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40 for my 10,000km oil change.
One of the reason is due to the SC is using Shell engine oil to service their car; and I don't want them to give some excuse of I using other type of engine oil and due to that reason they will not cover my engine warranty. I know they are talking crap all the time but it's ok... After the warranty period I'll probably say bye bye to them....
BTW I got really good offer from my friend to get this engine oil too.
SC is selling RM230 (they said 4.2 liter) crap story again.
Outside is selling RM209
I'm getting very cheap price (staff price) :P

The New Swift 2009 Edition

The New Swift 2009 Edition from Singapore.
Not in Malaysia yet... but you can buy this bodykit... :)

Switch from semi to fully synthetic oil?

My car is 8 months old and the mileage is touching 10,000km soon.
It's time to bring my swift to service again.
From the service manual Suzuki swift are going for 1k, 5k, 10k, 20k.... interval of 10k km per service. However it stated if the car driven in dusty place or always travelling short distance should go for engine oil change on every 5000km or 3 months.
My service center is providing Shell Helix Plus for normal Swift but Shell Helix Ultra for Swift Sport.
I was thinking to switch from Helix Plus to Helix Ultra.... and it will cost more of course...
What you guys think?

Shell Helix Plus (currently using it)
Shell Helix Ultra (plan to change it)
